Stream Debris Project
Enclosed please find a Landowner Release Form and an Application related
to the Neighborhood Rebuilding Corps project. The purpose of this project
is to remove non-gravel debris related to flooding during Hurricane Irene
and Tropical Storm Lee in August and September of 2011, respectively.
The manual removal of debris will be performed by hand and using hand-operated
tools under the guidance of the Schoharie County Stream Team. Schoharie
County will set up appropriate accounting lines to receive and track funds
from the Fulton, Montgomery, and Schoharie County Workforce Development
Board, Inc. (FMS WDB, Inc.) and provide reimbursements to the municipalities
for time and equipment costs. Payments are made on a cost-reimbursement
basis after receipt and review of invoices and documentation by FMS WDB
staff. ...Read
